Paul Morocco

paul2The original creator, is the mad Cassablancan himself! Paul grew up in Virginia, his mother, a native Moroccan, his father Cajun, from New Orleans. He attended Old Dominion University where he studied languages and Interdisciplinary studies, While a  student, he learned to juggle and play guitar, winning several competitions of the IJA. (International Jugglers’ Association)

He performed throughout the USA and then travelled to Europe as a street performer for several years where he learned his craft of how to interact with a changing and unpredictable international audience.

Later based in London, he started performing on the cabaret circuit; including Jongleurs, Comedy Store and at Hackney Empire, where he won a “Fringe Award.” He later performed in West-End Theatres including Hammersmith Apollo and Drury Lane. He began performing on television shows like ‘Johnathan Ross’ and ‘Jools Holland,’ and later began performing in Edinburgh Festival where he won an award as “Best Newcomer.” Later the “Paul Morocco & Ole!” show would perform twice at “Just for Laughs,” which would propel the show to an international status and be performed as a Cult Hit in theatres around the world. Soon he was on television more than in theatres.

A flamboyant character, extraordinary juggler and accomplished musician, Paul brings together years of experience to create Lost Locos.
