Comments: Sometimes shit goes wrong… The phrase “Blood on the Pitch” was first introduced to listeners in Episode 14 during the interview that Robert did with Jason Billows, and really struck a chord, so much so in fact that Cub Reporter Glenn Singer took it upon himself to go out and collect stories from Johnny Fox, Emma Lloyd, Jean Michel Paré, Mike Wood, Amy Saunders, Derek Scott & Jodi Wright.

Each person shares their tale of misfortune and calamity but none are ever defeated, because after all – the show must go on!

Jodi Wright also contributed an essay she wrote about her experience with the Christchurch Earth Quake and the clean up that followed this natural disaster which she graciously allowed us to share with listeners here. Just click on the icon or link below to download the story to your hard drive.

Glenn Singer does a great job of collecting some great stories about when things went horribly horribly wrong and aren’t those the moments that make for the best stories? I want more… Glenn… Give me more!

  3. Evan Young says:

I broke a kids tooth in half one time. That was a rough day.
